1. Организационный момент. Приветствие к классу

Учитель: Good morning! Boys and girls!

I am glad to see you!

What day is it today? What season is it now? What date is it today? What is the weather like today? How are you today?

Well, children, you are students and I am a teacher …and …

What is this man? (приложение 2, иллюстрация к рифмовке “ Cobbler, cobbler, mend my shoe …”

Учащийся: He is a cobbler.

2. Фонетическая зарядка

Учитель: Let’s train our tongue. Please, listen and then repeat after me!

Cobbler, cobbler, mend my shoe,
Get it done by half past two
Stitch it up and stitch it down
And then I’ll give you half a crown.

Учащийся: повторяют за учителем, затем рассказывают индивидуально (2-3 учащихся)

3. Создание проблемной ситуации, определение проблемы урока, задач урока.

Учитель: This man is a “Cobbler”.

Please, suppose what this man is? (приложениие2, учитель показывает на другого персонажи иллюстрации и предлагает выбор из ответов “king, lawyer, postman”)

Учащийся: He is a king.

Учитель: Well! Do you want to be a cobbler or a king?

Учащийся: I want to be a King

Учитель: Why? Is it a good or a bad job? You can answer in Russian.

Учащийся: It is a good job. (учащиеся могут ответить по-русски)

Учитель: What is the problem (topic) of our lesson ? (если учащиеся затрудняются, то предлагается составить проблемный вопрос из следующих слов: is, Which, job, good, a? Why?

Учащийся: Which job is good? Why?

Учитель: Today we are to learn new words and phrases on the topic, we are to read a text and answer the questions. We are going to learn new facts about exotic jobs.

4. Активизация лексических единиц по теме “ My job”. Презентация новых лексических единиц.(приложение 2)

Учитель: Look at this boy! He is from our school. He is in the 11 th form. He doesn’t know anything about his future job. He asks a lot of questions. The word “job” is associated with several questions.

Well, I agree that people have different jobs. They work in different places.

So let’s play a little! Please, suppose what profession I mean. (Выделенные слова являются новыми ЛЕ. В данном упражнении идет презентация ЛЕ через языковую догадку и перевод (3 слова). С названиями профессий учащиеся познакомились на прошлом уроке)

5. Отработка новых ЛЕ в устной речи

Учитель: Repeat new words after me! (фонетическая отработка новых лексических единиц)

Let’s play! I am not a teacher now. I work at a supermarket. Guess my job!

Ученик: Are you a salesperson? ((до 3 раз)

Teacher: Yes, I am/ No, I am not. I am an accountant.

И так далее (до 5 учащихся)

6. Формирование навыков чтения

Учитель: There are a lot of different professions in the world. The professions we enumerated are quite usual. But there are unusual jobs.

Звучит музыка

Your task now is to read the text. Then agree or disagree with the statements.

Pay attention to these words: (приложение 1, учащиеся самостоятельно читают текст, выполняют задание –тест)

Учитель: Please, check up the task. (учащиеся обмениваются результатами выполненной работы и проверяют задание, сравнивая с ответами на доске, выставляют оценки, заранее ознакомившись с критериями: 1-2 ошибки “4”, 3 ошибки – “3”, 4 ошибки – ”2”)

7. Презентация новых ЛЕ. Развитие навыков устной речи по теме с использованием новых лексических единиц

Учитель: What kind of job is a beefeater? You can answer in Russian.

We need new words to describe this job. Repeat the words after me (фонетическая отработка новых лексических единиц)

Guess the meaning of the words! (при семантизации используется языковая догадка, перевод).

Write down the translation of the words on these sheets of paper.

(учащиеся записывают перевод слов самостоятельно, проверка осуществляется фронтально)

Учитель: Let’s speak about different jobs !

Групповая работа: (группа состоит из 3 человек, каждой группе раздается иллюстративная наглядность с изображением человека определенной профессии)

Let’s imagine the following situation! You are a family. You are a father, you are a mother, you are their son.

Ученик 1 ( a son /a daughter) I want to be a doctor.

Ученик 2 (a mother) It is a good job (использует положительные характеристики данной профессии)

Ученик 3 ( a father) It is a bad job. (использует отрицательные характеристики данной профессии)

8. Решение проблемного вопроса на основе нового языкового материала

Учитель: Well, look at this picture ? Do you know this woman? < рисунок 1>

Who is she?

Ученик: This is Elizabeth II.

Учитель: Where does she work?

Ученик: At a palace.

Учитель What is she?

Ученик: an English Queen

Учитель: Do you like her job? Why?

Ученик: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.

Учитель What kind of job is it?)

Ученик: It is exotic, rare, important.

Учитель : Ученик: (высказывание строится с помощью визуальной опоры)

·                     Who is this? ·                     Where does she work? ·                     What is she ? ·                     What kind of job is it?

It is ….) She works at … She is … It is ……

Далее высказывание строится без опор.

9. Разрешение проблемного вопроса. Итог урока

Учитель And now can you answer the question: Which job is good? Which job is good for you? And why? Please, explain!

Ученик: (строит высказывание на основании опоры):

A doctor is a good job for me.

A doctor works at a hospital.

It is an excellent and important job.

Далее высказывания строятся без опоры

Учитель: To be a king or a cobbler depends on you. You should choose your future profession wisely. “The world is full of a number of things, I’m sure we should all be as happy as kings! R. L. Stevenson.

10. Выставление отметок, самооценивание

Учитель: Oцените свою работу, выберите красный квадрат – “все понял отлично”, желтый – “все понял хорошо”, зеленый – “нужно стараться, не все понятно”)

Учитель выставляет отметки, комментирует работу учащихся.

11. Домашнее задание:

Your home task is to write about your parents’ profession.

12. Подведение итогов

The lesson is over. You have done your work well. I’ll be glad to see you again. Goodbye!

Приложение 1
